Course design and content review
The course, workshop and webinar materials are developed by a small team based in Wrocław with backgrounds in finance education and short-term rental market research. Content is written to be understandable without an accounting background, then checked against publicly available data before publication.
The team does not manage listings for clients and does not act as a tax advisor. Where a topic edges into either area, materials are written in general terms and paired with a note recommending a licensed professional for anything specific to an individual property or situation.
